Robert Lugar

Robert & Debby Lugar have developed a love for and understanding of missionaries during their more than 40 years of ministry, most of which has been carried out in cross-cultural settings.

Their experience includes pioneer church-planting, leadership training and consultation, as well as crisis and conflict intervention and counseling.

They have established a reputation for excellence in strengthening and equipping international Christian organizations and their workers throughout Europe and the surrounding regions.

Dr. Robert Lugar’s training in psychology and counseling includes two postgraduate degrees. Robert is one of the founders of One Another Ministries.
