Todd Witte
It is with great enthusiasm that we introduce Todd Witte as the Executive Director of One Another Ministries (OAM). With a heart for global and local outreach, and a deep commitment
to biblically-centered leadership, Todd brings over three decades of experience in church
leadership, mission work, and organizational development to our ministry.
Todd's journey has been marked by his self-directed, adaptable, and innovative approach to leadership. He is driven by a passion to mobilize communities and advance the Gospel through strategic vision and effective collaboration. As the Executive Pastor at Midway Church in Pilot Point, Texas, Todd led the church's growth from 600 to over 1200 members in just ten years. His expertise in church operations, financial stewardship, and staff development has resulted in significant accomplishments, including the retirement of $1.2 million in debt, saving $2 million for future expansion, and the growth of an over 25-member staff. His leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in the area of outreach, led to a remarkable 100% growth in VBS participation and 50% increase in volunteer engagement.
In addition to his leadership at Midway Church, Todd has extensive experience in church planting, missionary work, and cross-cultural ministry. He served as a missionary to Sweden with the Baptist Bible Fellowship International and has been an integral part of various church planting initiatives both locally and globally. Todd has also provided training and assessment for church planters through the SEND Network and Denton Baptist Association, as well as teaching leadership as an adjunct professor at Mission University.
Todd's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies with a cross-cultural major from Boston Baptist College. He is also fluent in conversational Swedish and holds several certifications, including those in ministry coaching, church planting, vision planning, and leadership.
Above all, Todd is a dedicated husband to his wife, Amy, whom he married in 1991, and a proud father to three children—Katie (and Matt Morton), Kimberly (and Jordan Baily), and Nick. His strong family values and commitment to discipleship and mission work make him an excellent fit for leading One Another Ministries into a new season of growth and impact.
We are excited to see the ways in which Todd’s leadership will inspire and equip OAM for future growth and service. Focused on the mission to care for those who care for the world, OAM is committed to providing field-based training, consulting, counseling, and resourcing for mission organizations and their workers through professionally offered conferences and intensive encounters.
