The need to strengthen and encourage international Christian workers, both proactively and responsively, is massive, constantly increasing, and much more than our current team can possibly fulfill. One Another Ministries is a faith mission - we do not charge for our services, as we do not want any missionary to suffer because of the lack of ability to pay. We are trusting God for the resources to carry out His work, and He is always faithful.

We know that nothing of eternal value can happen without God's power and blessing. And our team is constantly moving into dangerous territory, as the enemy does not want missionaries and international Christian workers to be strengthened. It is vital that this ministry be bathed in prayer.

Also, to adequately respond to the needs around the world, we need more workers. Since Christ commanded us to pray for workers, we know He will answer this prayer.

We cannot help but look around the world at the thousands of Christian workers laboring without the essential training, tools, resources, and encouragement. Many are struggling and discouraged, and far too many end up as casualties. We are praying that God will raise up additional team members and resources to meet this current need as well as for the future generations.In order to help more missionaries on the field worldwide, we need more workers standing with us - people with a passion for caring and being a blessing to others.

All of our current workers have raised their own support as missionaries, which is a wonderful blessing. However, it is well documented, that those starting out in this endeavor will take an average of three and a half years to complete it. Our need is more urgent, so donations made to our newly implemented Global Care Growth Fund, will help new workers accomplish this task more quickly. This would also enable us to offer more training events for those preparing to serve with churches and missions worldwide, especially for those serving cross culturally.

Through the Global Care Growth Fund, we believe God will enable us to do this more efficiently and expeditiously.
