WHO?
OAM served 403 missionaries and international Christian workers from 63 mission agencies (3 were new to OAM)
WHERE?
OAM worked with Christian workers of 23 different nationalities serving in 46 countries (2 were new to OAM).
WHAT?
TRAINING
OAM provided in-person training for 178 international Christian workers. The S2S (Shoulder To Shoulder) initiative continues to flourish and be a significant blessing to the missions community.
PROACTIVE SERVICES
53% of our meetings with individuals and couples have been proactive in nature – seeking to build up and prevent crises arising.
RESPONSIVE SERVICES
47% of individual meetings were primarily responsive – dealing with problems, conflicts, crises, and traumas.
