Crisis interventionIt’s tough on the front lines! Without the right tools and support, Christian workers can become discouraged, exhausted, vulnerable, ineffective, or wounded -- and many simply quit. In addition to themselves, this often leaves coworkers, spouses, children, and church members, both at home and on the field, bruised or confused.

Traumatic incident debriefingEvery year One Another Ministries provides field-based services in both English and French to hundreds of Christian workers serving throughout Europe and the surrounding regions, often during the most difficult times of their lives.

When problems arise on the field our trained staff responds with:

  • Crisis intervention
  • Traumatic incident debriefing
  • Conflict Management
  • Counseling and pastoral care

Counseling & pastoral careCare offered on the field, close to the point of need, has long been known to be more effective, less disruptive, and less costly than repatriating personnel to sending countries. We provide services both at the point of need when working with large groups or ministry teams, or at our facilities in Montpellier, France when working with individuals, families or small groups.

All services are provided by caring, experienced professionals who specialize in providing a safe place where missionaries and Christian workers can deal with issues and find solutions to their problems.
